The Vision of Harvesters’ Cell Ministry
Vision: To win souls, disciple believers, and grow leaders through small groups.
- Biblical Foundation
- Acts 2:46–47 – The early church didn’t grow because of a big auditorium. They grew because believers met daily in homes, broke bread, taught, prayed, and evangelized. The result was daily addition of souls. This shows that small groups are God’s strategy for big harvests.
- Matthew 28:19–20 – Jesus’ last command is discipleship. Small groups create an environment where discipleship can happen practically, not theoretically. One-on-one mentoring, accountability, and growth happen best in smaller settings.
- Application for Harvesters
- Cells are the heartbeat of our growth. Every time a cell multiplies, we are not just adding numbers, we are transforming lives.
- This vision ensures that we are raising leaders who will disciple others, not just attenders.
- Trainer Tip: Stress that cells are not “another department” of Harvesters. Cells are the church in communities, campuses, and cities.
- Key Point for Leaders to Remember:
- When cells multiply → souls multiply.
- The vision is about people, not statistics. Numbers reflect lives changed, families restored, and destinies shaped.
