Effective Leadership Skills

Opening Scripture: “The servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient.” – 2 Timothy 2:24

Leadership in the kingdom is not about titles, but about influence and service. David’s leadership in the cave of Adullam (1 Samuel 22:1–2) shows us how leaders can transform people, not just gather them. Likewise, Paul in Acts 20:20 modeled cell-based leadership through teaching, guidance, and care.

This module teaches that skills matter in leadership: the ability to communicate, organize, solve problems, mentor, and relate to people determines the strength of your cell.
